Virtual Shot Timer is a shooting timer tool for analyzing shooting performance from video recordings. The app is provided for personal and professional use. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using this app at shooting ranges or other locations.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app subscription management page. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Virtual Shot Timer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Virtual Shot Timer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
