Welcome to VShotTimer. By using this app, you agree to the following terms.
This app is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using this app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The app involves the use of firearms and shooting-related content, which may be subject to local laws and regulations.
VShotTimer is a shooting timer tool for analyzing shooting performance from video recordings. The app is provided for personal and professional use. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using this app at shooting ranges or other locations.
Paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are processed by Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (month or year) until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store → Subscriptions, or through the in-app subscription management page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play. To request a refund, go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions → select this app → Cancel subscription, and follow Google's refund process.
All content, features, and functionality of this app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of DPYDP Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
VShotTimer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Cette application est destinée aux utilisateurs âgés de 18 ans ou plus. En utilisant cette application, vous déclarez et garantissez que vous remplissez cette condition d'âge.
